San Diego State University follows the California State University Nondiscrimination Policy which dictates the policies and procedures regarding investigation of cases of sexual violence, harassment, stalking and relationship violence. Student Conduct Procedures:

Executive Order 1098 is the CSU Executive Order which guides the student discipline process should there be a finding of responsibility in the complaint against student(s).
